  • The product must not fall under non-returnable categories

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or intimate apparel

  • Items purchased during clearance sale, flash sale, or special discounts

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging


4. Reasons Accepted for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged or defective product

  • Size issue (only if size exchange is available)

  • Product significantly different from description

⚠️ Minor color differences due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered defects.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging during return

  • Casanchic is not liable for items damaged during return shipping


7. Refund Policy

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking)

  • Store wallet or coupon (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing begins after quality inspection

  • Amount will be credited within 5–10 business days

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your provider


8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in used or damaged condition

  • Accessories or parts are missing

  • Product is not returned in original packaging

The refund amount will be decided after inspection.


9. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered


10. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Full refund will be issued

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)


11. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

  • Do not dispose of the product or packaging before approval

Failure to report within the given timeframe may result in rejection.


12. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customer must provide correct bank details

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days


13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

14. International Orders

Currently, Casanchic operates within India only.
International returns or refunds are not applicable at this time.
